2007 PGV: $16

The 2007 blend of our latest PGV is 52% Viognier, 43% Pinot Gris and 5% Muscat Blanc. Viognier is the most widely planted white variety from the Rhone Valley of France. It is known for its orange and peach aromas and high viscosity when fully ripe. It perfectly complements Pinot Gris’ delicate perfume, moderate body and crisp acidity. Muscat Blanc was added to brighten the fruit aromas. The appellation sources for the grapes are Horse Heaven Hills for Viognier and Muscat Blanc and the Yakima Valley for Pinot Gris. The wine has aromas of tropical fruit, peach and orange; it is full-bodied, but crisp on the palate. Enjoy with chicken recipes, steamed mussels, clam linguini and other seafood dishes. Released March 2007; enjoy now through early 2009.

2007 ROSATO: $10

Rosato is a rose' style wine produced from Lemberger and Zinfandel grapes. Raspberry and cherry aromas with bright acidity make our Rosato a perfect wine to enjoy on a warm summer afternoon, with picnic fare or hors d'oeuvres.

2006 DR. WOLFE'S FAMILY RED: $16

Our 2006 version is a unique blend of Syrah (39%), Primitivo (20%), Lemberger (19%), Petite Sirah (12%) and Zinfandel (10%), all grown in Washington State. The Primitivo, Lemberger, Petite Sirah and Zinfandel are all from the Zephyr Ridge Vineyard in the Horse Heaven Hills. The Syrah is from the Burgess Vineyard near the Tri-Cities in the Columbia Valley. Spicy, fruity and full-bodied, this wine complements a wide range of rich and hardy dishes and is meant for enjoyment now through 2013. New Release!

2006 ZEPHYR RIDGE PETITE SIRAH: $21.50

2006 is Thurston Wolfe’s fifth release of a 100% Washington State Petite Sirah. The grapes were grown at the Zephyr Ridge Vineyard in the Horse Heaven Hills. Harvested in mid October at 26.2 Brix, the grapes were fermented in one-ton stainless fermenters and transferred immediately on pressing to a mixture of new and one-year American oak. After 13 months barrel aging, the wine was bottled in December 2007. The resulting wine has spice and dark berry and cherry aromas with intense color and a surprisingly smooth finish. 425 cases produced and released February 2008. New Release!

2005 SYRAH: $20

Our 2005 Syrah is a blend of fruit from the Andrews & Burgess Vineyards. After aging in American oak for 15 months, it was bottled in January 2007. Suggested food companions include broiled lamb, Sisters' ham, and spiced sausages. This wine is intended for long term aging and can be enjoyed now through 2014. 320 cases produced and released in April 2007. Gold Medal, 2007 Seattle Wine Competition!

2005 BURGESS VINEYARD SYRAH: $25

This i s the first release of this vineyard-designated Syrah since the highly acclaimed 2003 vintage. Harvested in early October at 24.1 Brix and aged in new American oak barrels for 12 months, it was bottled in October 2006. The aroma is complex with spice, smoke and toast and the mouth feel supple and full-bodied, reflecting the ripe fruit and new oak. Only 121 cases produced and released April 2007.

2005 CABERNET SAUVIGNON: $25

Our 2005 Cabernet Sauvignon is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon from the Destiny Ridge (38%) and Andrews (44%) Vineyards in the Horse Heaven Hills and Crawford Vineyard (18%) in the Yakima Valley. Following aging in French, Hungarian and American oak for 22 months, the wine was bottled in August 2007. With intense cherry, cassis, chocolate and oak spice aromas and rich, full flavors, this wine can be enjoyed now or aged through 2017. Only 295 cases were produced.

2006 HOWLING WOLFE ZINFANDEL: $20

Our 2006 Howling Wolfe Zinfandel is from the Zephyr Ridge Vineyard in the Horse Heaven Hills. The wine was aged in American oak for 14 months before bottling. Enjoy now with prime rib, rack of lamb or port-glazed pork loin or age through 2014. 390 cases were produced of this outstanding wine.

2005 SWEET REBECCA (375 ml): $15

Our 2005 vintage of Sweet Rebecca is 100% Orange Muscat from the Lonesome Spring Vineyard near Benton City, WA. Fortified with brandy, the wine has bright aromatics of peach, tangerine and jasmine and the perfect balance of sugar and acidity to accompany apple, pear, strawberry, and peach desserts. 16% alcohol and 10% residual sugar. Gold Medals from Grand Harvest Awards, Wine Enthusiast, and Wine Press Northwest; Silver Medal at Northwest Wine Summit!

2005 JTW PORT: $20 (750 ml) $12.50 (375 ML)

Our 2005 JTW Port is a blend of Touriga, Souzao, Petite Sirah, and Cabernet Sauvignon from Yakima Valley and Horse Heaven Hills vineyards. Black cherry, boysenberry, chocolate, spice, and black pepper. Enjoy with anything chocolate, Stilton cheese, and Bartlett pears. 19% alcohol, 10% residual sugar. 2004 JTW RESERVE PORT: $15 (375 ML)

Our 2004 JTW RESERVE Port is a selection of our best lots of 2004 port held back for additional barrel and bottle ageing. A blend of 27% Zephyr Ridge Zinfandel, 26% Lonesome Spring Touriga, 19% Zephyr Ridge Petite Sirah, 17% Destiny Ridge Cabernet Sauvignon and 11% Lonesome Spring Souzao, it was barrel aged for 22 months in American and new French oak and then bottle aged an additional 16 months before release in December 2007. Featuring a deep garnet color, the aroma is chocolate, plum, black cherry, coffee, and spice, and on the palate, it is like biting into a rich, ripe plum covered with Godiva chocolate. 157 cases produced. Available only at the winery and selected retail outlets. 20% alcohol and 10% residual sugar.

2007 ORANGE MUSCAT: $15

Our 2006 Orange Muscat is a table wine produced from the Morrell Vineyard near Benton City. Peach and orange aromas with bright acidity make this Muscat a perfect wine to enjoy on a warm summer afternoon, with picnic fare, or hors d'oeuvres.
